So it took 13 days but you're surprised that a sled-head is on the dirt forum aren't you? The snow season is officially over but the last ride was only 5 days ago and it was a doosey - 196 magnificent miles.
All three males of #5's clan are now motorized but one of them is on 4 wheels. I am looking forward to bringing them into the trails this year, but only the main roads until they are used to trees and rocks and are in better control. at the same time, I don't want them to get used to flat open spaces only.
The only maintenance I plan this year is servicing forks/shock and need to do rear brake pads. Will the bullz ballz be replaced this season? I have been asked what week night will be our weekly ride night this year, so what's looking like the best night?
I was talking to someone who asked if we rode in Harvard Woods, #1101, is this area still open for riding, I would consider MA reg if this gives us another option closer to your place.
I plan on getting the bike ready this weekend, the second harescrambles is next weekend, 4/29 and I need to get out for a ride next week sometime. Wednesday afternoon would work good for me but I can be flexible if the weather is not cooperating. Who's up for next week???
