Just a post about the outing this year. I had a really good time. I'm not sure if bringing the kids is worth it or not, mine love going on adventures but they don't seem too interested in watching the motorcycles.
The two highlights for me was watching the first 5 laps in the 2nd moto when RC was simply riding away from Stewart and Langston. Watching them ride full throttle around that rolling sweeping turn at the very backside of the track is simply awesome. The other highlight was seeing Erin Bates live. She is incredible. I will have a whole new interest in the pre-race shows now.
I hope we can get all the WPR Jr. members together for a ride this summer. That would be fun. Just think of how much better these guys will be than us having a much earlier start in the sport. Many father's dream of seeing their kid on the mount at Fenway, but we have a dream of seeing ours on the podium.
