Great Night #5 I had a blast good turn out and good racing, what else could we have asked for

The Aussie theme seemed to worked for Chad, and that oil can tasted much better than i remembered.

1776 any chance of getting that recipe?

More than welcome.  Thanks to everyone for coming over.  Of course these events are more fun to watch with fellow enthusiasts.  Plus all the ski-doo talk was a bonus.

#1776, the chili-mac was a huge success and I would argue that it could supercede chili-dogs as the official WPR dirt rider meal for the fall rides.  It is hot, spicy, and has the ability to stop your heart at any moment - therefore it meets all requirements!  Please post the recipe if it is not a family secret like Bush's Baked Beans.

Who has the Vegas closer or the outdoor opener?

I have absolutely no idea the recipe for what my wife made, I will have to ask. All I know is it has red meat and over a pound of cheese in it......Heart attack in a bowl.
