#23 reports that he is improving each day. He has even left open the possibility of attending the 11/12 ride at Pisgah. I told him there is no need to do a River Loop trail equivalent that day. He received this news with relief.
He says that it still hurts to sneeze or cough and there is still clicking when moves certain ways, but most of the time he is not in pain anymore. He will ride his bike the end of next week as a test to see if he can do it and then let us know what the verdict is.
